Studio Rental Rules
• 18+ or accompanied by a guardian
• No pets allowed.
• All props & equipment are all accounted for, anything taken would be considered theft.
• 5 minute grace period before & after rental time to set-up & breakdown. Anything after will result in an overtime fee.
• If you are late, the rental end time remains the same. The clock starts at your appointed time, not when you arrive.
• Damages to studio props, furniture, equipment & anything inside the studio will result in a fee.
• Maximum of 10 people allowed at the studio, including the renter.
• Powered By Us is under 24-hour security video surveillance.
REFUNDS / RESCHEDULES / CANCELLATIONS
Non-refundable full payment is required to secure rental time at the studio. No refunds are given. Renters may reschedule if it’s at least 24 hours before rental time. The new rescheduled date needs to be given at the moment the request is made and must be within 60 days of the original date.
If a rental needs to be canceled, payment will not be refunded. Please plan accordingly.
CLEANING & TRASH
Pick up after yourself, put equipment back where you found it & take care of our space.
The renter must discard larger items, such as personal props and set pieces, in the trash. All items brought to the premises are to be removed. Items left after 7 days will be assumed abandoned and may be discarded. If the renter does not return Powered By Us to the order and cleanliness found when the renter arrived, Powered By Us will charge at minimum a $50 cleaning fee to the card on file.
DAMAGE
Renter shall be solely responsible for any damage to Powered By Us property or equipment that occurs during the time Renter or their party occupies Powered By Us. The renter agrees to pay reasonable additional repair costs to bring the damaged equipment back to working condition. The renter agrees to pay for damage to the Premises including spills, excessive wear, marks, or stains on furniture, fixtures, or painted surfaces.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Use of Powered By Us premises and equipment is at Renter's risk. Renter hereby agrees that Powered By Us will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage, injury, or loss to Renter, their party, or possessions while on the premises. Renter holds harmless and indemnifies Powered By Us and its owners, agents, representatives, associates, officers, employees, guests, and tenants against any suit, claim, loss, accident, judgment, fine, injury, or damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. This indemnification shall continue in full force and effect during and after the term of the rental for such causes arising during the term of the rental.
CONDUCT
Renter shall be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying Renter while on Powered By Us Premises. Renter agrees that a Powered By Us representative may, at Powered By Us's sole discretion, be present at all times. If the representative observes or otherwise becomes aware of dangerous, pornographic, illegal, or negligent practices or activities, the representative reserves the right to stop the shoot and may require Photographer and Renter party to leave immediately. The authorities will be alerted to any illegal activities witnessed by the Powered By Us representative. In such a case, no refund will be given for unused time. However, Powered By Us and its representatives assume no responsibility to act in such cases.
EQUIPMENT
Powered By Us agrees to provide equipment in good working order but makes no special guarantees as to said equipment’s functionality or suitability for Renter purposes. The renter shall notify Powered By Us immediately of any malfunction, damage, or other issues with the equipment.
